How do you change the theme of your blog/website?

Go to your dashboard and go to the customize button. Then, you can choose themes and colors for your blog!

I am doing this through the mobile app. Would I do it the same way?

I think you would do it the same way. I have found another way: get to your blog page. at the top left corner there should be something that has the wordpress logo and says “my site” tap on that and you should see a whole list of options runnig down from that button. Click customize. The customize button has a little paintbrush on it. You should be able to customize your site from there! Hope this helps!
